Natural hair styling remains popular as fresh looks dominate
Women will continue to go for natural hair styling as fresh, simple looks remain on trend, according to an expert.

Makeup artist Diana Carreiro told Canwest News Service that women with shorter tresses should aim to keep it looking natural and fresh.

'Flick it, or add a twist with a flat iron or scrunch it loosely when drying it,' she said.

Celebrity hair stylist Tony Masciangelo told the news provider that long, healthy tresses are also a big look for 2010.

'The silhouettes are simple and wearable,' he explained.

Mr Masciangelo said that women should use natural hair styling mousse to create a 'soft, sexy, bouncy blow-out'.

Accessories will also be a key feature of spring dos as 'youthfulness' is injected into looks, according to the stylist.

'We see a lot of headbands in many soft colours such as rose, nude and salmon,' he said.

Celebrity stylist and colourist Frank Barbosa has also told My Fashion Life that healthy hair with a beautiful wave is a key trend at the moment.
