Natural makeup: How to pick the right concealer

Natural makeup: How to pick the right concealer

The question which looms over many women is what shade of concealer should I opt for? But getting the answer wrong can easily ruin your natural makeup look in a flash.

One of the latest A-listers to get it very wrong (granted she got it right on her face) was The Saturdays' singer Frankie Sandford, who stepped out in London last night with glaringly-obvious white marks dotted all over her chest.

With regards to the face however, there are some tips on getting your organic makeup shades just right, and the About Beauty blog has the answers it seems.

Julyne Derrick recommends yellow tones for covering up under-eye marks, and orange tones for darker skins and suggested testing the product on the blue veins on the inside of your wrist.

She also suggested going a shade or two lighter than foundation, which should match your skin tone almost exactly and said concealer is a definite 'try before you buy' product.ADNFCR-2885-ID-19846226-ADNFCR
