Younger looking skin is something that older women across the globe are striving for and something even teenage girls are now trying to retain with natural skincare products.

According to Nicky Hambleton-Jones, the previous host of 10 Years Younger, a personal stylist and trained dietician, eternal youth is something that is never guaranteed, but there are some tips to get a younger-looking you.

The star told Marie Claire that even just living a healthy lifestyle – ie eating well, drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly - can have a visible effect on your skin and, topped off with a good natural skincare routine, anything is possible.

'Exfoliation is really important for your skin ... It helps prevent the build-up of dead skin cells, leaving skin glowing. I can also reduce the appearance of fine lines,' she said, adding that smoking is a no-no, as is over exposure to UV rays, which will instantly counter-act your organic skincare routine.
