Natural makeup: Go wild with autumnal shades

Natural makeup: Go wild with autumnal shades

We now know that brown is the new black, but just sticking to the one colour all season is sure to drive many natural makeup fans to boredom.

Karen Loraine, founder of The Makeup Box, has explained, however, that autumn doesn't have to be boring in any way - not least when you have a barrage of colours to fall back on.

"Rich browns, tawny reds, olive greens and mellow yellow eyeshadow is definitely the way for this year's winter makeup fashion, along with defined high-arched eyebrows to add a touch of elegance," she explained.

But if you're desperately trying to come up with a way to incorporate tawny red into your natural makeup, fear not – the smoky eye look will not be going out of fashion any time soon.

If you're still struggling, look to Kristen Stewart's absolutely gorgeous red smoky eye which she debuted at the Eclipse premiere – keep deep red on the inner corners of the eye and blend into brown for the outer eye.ADNFCR-2885-ID-800022316-ADNFCR
