When it comes to natural makeup, women are demanding that their products do more, as well as being good for their skin, according to a beauty expert.

Zara Rabinowicz, who has worked with publications such as SHE Magazine and Catwalk Queen, explained that nowadays, women are viewing natural makeup products as 'a two-pronged' attack.

'In this world of multi-tasking we expect everything to be able to work in different ways,' said Ms Rabinowicz.

'People are more conscious of their skin health and how their appearance can be linked to the ingredients in products and are thus making more educated decisions in purchasing.'

She went on to say that a prime example of this requirement for multi-tasking is the foundation with SPF – we now expect the natural makeup product to make us beautiful and protect us from the sun.

Last month, research from Jolen found that 18 per cent of females purposely keep their beau in the dark about their gruelling beauty regime.ADNFCR-2885-ID-800035085-ADNFCR
