Natural hair dye shades for blondes: Camel

If you're naturally blonde and are looking for a way to update your 'do with natural hair dyes, camel is the hottest trend which deserves some consideration.

Amy Lawrenson, writing for Elle, has explained that when it comes to the top shades for A/W 2010, camel and caramel are a driving force – from our makeup to our clothing and natural hair dyes

She explained that the camel shade is best suited for those with naturally blonde hair and for inspiration to look at A-listers such as Blake Lively and Kate Hudson.

Ms Lawrenson spoke to Ravi, senior colour technician and stylist at Windle and Moodie, who said: 'The major difference between a camel and a normal blonde is the warmth'.

'Adding warmth can take you from cooler blonde shades all the way to red,' she warned, explaining that the choice of natural hair dye shade is important at this stage.

Other top tones for A/W 2010 included oxtail red such as Florence Welch and Paloma Faith or tonal brunette such as Olivia Palermo.
